Shipping

Q.01How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.

Q.02How long will my order take?

Plan on 7 to 15 business days from the day you order. Each piece ships from our partner warehouses, so it takes a little longer than next-day retail. The estimate is shown again at checkout.

Q.03Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. Right now we only ship to addresses in the United States.

Q.04Can I track my order?

If you create an account, you can see every order and its status under Account / Orders. For anything else, write to kohlerpeterson979@gmail.com with your order number.

Orders & payment

Q.05How can I pay?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments go through Stripe's secure checkout, and we never see or store your card details.

Q.06I have a discount code. Where do I use it?

Enter it in the promo code box in your bag or at checkout. The discount shows up before you pay.

Q.07Can I change or cancel my order?

Email kohlerpeterson979@gmail.com as soon as you can with your order number. If it has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

Sizing & pieces

Q.08How do I pick the right size?

Every product page lists the sizes available for that piece, and many galleries include a size chart. Fits run differently from piece to piece, so check the measurements against a garment you already own.

Q.09Will I get exactly what is in the photos?

The photos show the style and colour of each piece. Washed and faded fabrics can vary slightly from one item to the next, which is part of the look.

Refund Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026 We want you to love what you buy from Oxblood Archive. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

1. Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them
Returned with any original tags and packaging Vintage and vintage-style pieces may show signs of age or small variations described on the product page. These are part of the item's character and are not considered defects. Final sale items (marked as such on the product page) and gift cards cannot be returned.

3. How to start a return

Email us at kohlerpeterson979@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent without an approved return request cannot be accepted. We'll reply with instructions and the return address.

4. Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer pays for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you. In some cases, we may not ask you to return the item.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

7. Exchanges

Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited, so we can't guarantee exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing kohlerpeterson979@gmail.com. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy once it arrives.
