We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where our carriers allow. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
After your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Our items are fulfilled by partner suppliers, so delivery can take a little longer than at a typical retailer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or high-volume periods can happen.
If you order more than one item, they may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages on different days. You will never be charged extra for this.
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show updates after you receive it.
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us at kohlerpeterson979@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate it and, if it can't be found, send a replacement or a full refund. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days.
