Last updated: October 14, 2026 Welcome to Oxblood Archive. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of oxbloodarchive.net (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Oxblood Archive is an online store selling vintage and vintage-inspired clothing. You can contact us at kohlerpeterson979@gmail.com.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We try to describe and photograph every item accurately. Vintage and vintage-style garments may show signs of age, wear or small variations that are part of their character. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes on vintage pieces can differ from modern sizing, so please check the measurements where they are listed.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it at our discretion, including when an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free. Orders are fulfilled by our partner suppliers and usually arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control may occur. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos and design, belongs to Oxblood Archive or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxblood Archive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
